1.Refund Policy

Unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will cover shipping costs for errors on our part, such as incorrect or defective items. For all other cases, the responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer.

1.1. Inspection:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for refund.

1.2. Refund Process:
If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The processing time may vary, and the credit may take a few business days to appear on your account.

1.3. Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, items showing obvious signs of use or not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund.

2.Return Policy:

All faulty products under warranty must be returned to klassicklub by courier for inspection. If the manufacturer is found at fault, the product will be replaced at no charge to our customers.

2.1. Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a return, provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

2.2. Authorization:
Before returning an item, contact our customer service team at info@klassicklub.com for authorization. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

2.3. Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. klassicklub is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

3.Warranty:

3.1. Barber Shears:
klassicklub provides a lifetime warranty for any pair of Katana premium shears purchased on our website. Crafted with high-quality Japanese Stainless Steel through handmade processes, our Katana premium shears are engineered for long-lasting durability. The manufacturing warranty also extends to cover the coloring of the shears.
All other accessories, such as pouches, cases, rubber rings, and oil, are not included under this warranty.

3.2. Personal Care:
Personal care products, such as cuticle nail scissors & pushers, tweezers, and personal care kits, fall under a 30-day refund policy if unopened and unused.

4.Warranty Exclusion:

4.1.Katana Premium Warranty exclusion:
The warranty for Katana shears purchased from our store doesn’t cover re-sharpening or damage caused by dropping, misuse, or specific actions outlined below. Please note that any harm to the scissor blade edges or coloring, like chipping, dropping, over-tightening, improper tension, incorrect sharpening, cleaning, or using chemicals for care, is not protected by the warranty.

5.Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

6.Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days for instructions on returning the item or, if applicable, receiving a replacement or refund.
